I learned to sew thanks to my mother and grandmother, and sewing was undoubtedly one of the earliest artistic mediums I explored. I have been practicing professionally since 2003, creating pieces that range from large-scale, seven-meter museum installations to small scapulars inspired by my homeland. My personal story is deeply interwoven with my textile work.
